What is a Trunk Show?

A Trunk Show is when a designer sends their newest collections to a retail store for the weekend. It's a fantastic opportunity to see and try on unique pieces that are not normally carried in stores. Appointments are required for Trunk Shows.

What is your Return Policy?

Due to the special nature of our merchandise, there are no returns, refunds or exchanges. Every sale is a Final Sale. This final sale policy is consistent with industry standards for bridal and special occasion apparel. Merchandise purchased off the rack is sold as is, so please inspect thoroughly before leaving the store.

What is your Payment Policy?

Your special order will be processed upon full payment or a minimum 50% deposit. All off -the -rack samples are also paid in full. There is a $35 fee on all returned checks. When your special order arrives you will be notified by phone or email. You will have 30 days from the date you received notification to pay any outstanding balance. If the balance is not paid within 30 days, a service charge of 2% a month will be charged to your account. Alterations are not included in the price of the dress.

Will you store my gown until my wedding day?

As a courtesy, CK Bridal Boutique offers free storage for your gown. However the customer acknowledges that CK Bridal Boutique is not responsible for any damage or destruction to the clients' garment stored on our premises. All risks are therefore the responsibility of the client. We are not responsible for any articles left more than 90 days after given wear date.

What is your Sizing Policy?

The staff at CK Bridal Boutique will assist in determining your size based on your measurements and the designers size chart. However, you are ultimately responsible for selecting the size you order. The dress size you order should be determined by the largest measurement. Dresses are cut to size, not to specific measurements. Taking in a garment that is a bit large is easier and less expensive than letting out one that is too tight.

Do you provide pressing of the dress?

Yes, as part of our service for your special day, your dress will be steamed and ready for you when all alterations are complete.  We provide one free steaming; additional charges will be applied if you request additional steamings.

ALTERATIONS

Most dresses will require alterations to give you that perfect fit. Alterations generally take 4 to 6 weeks to complete. If an appointment is made for less than 4 weeks, we will do our best to accommodate you, however a rush fee may be applied. Before alterations can begin, final payment to CK Bridal balances must be paid in full. Alterations are available onsite, please contact us to schedule appointments in advance.

BRIDESMAIDS

We have provided an on-line order form for your Bridesmaids. CK Bridal Boutique will not place the order until Bridesmaids have provided their measurements and we have received a 50% deposit. A rush fee may be applied if wear date is within 4 months or less of wedding date.
